About Elizabeth
“Years ago, I knew I wanted something, somewhere... different. Life in a foreign country, with adventure and challenge. I found it.”
Elizabeth lives on the side of a volcano in Panama with her partner, Dianne. She grows organic coffee and medicinal herbs, co-founded Cloud Forest Botanicals, and has walked the entire 500 miles of the Camino de Santiago.
